CEIOPS provides access to and displays reinsurance related information available for supervisory purposes as part of its efforts towards achieving the objectives of occupational pensions supervision and ensuring adequate protection of policyholders and other stakeholders.

• The national social and labor laws relevant to the field of occupational pensions among Competent Authorities involved in the supervision of cross-border IORP's
• Requirements under the IORP Directive (2003/41/EC) with which a guest IORP operating a pension scheme in a host Member State must comply - explanatory note and overview .
